Who We Are

Forensic investigation for complex MCA matters

Our team helps merchants, attorneys, and trustees make sense of complicated contracts, financial records, business relationships, and collection proceedings. Our investigative work is led by a licensed private investigator whose criminal forensic background includes crime-scene investigation, evidence examination, research, and case analysis.

We bring that experience into civil merchant cash advance matters. We have assisted dozens of merchants in cases across the United States, comparing agreements, reconstructing payment histories, researching related entities, and organizing evidence that can be traced to its sources.

We follow the whole transaction: the broker’s pitch, the funding, the withdrawals, the renewals, and the records used to demand payment. Our team works with trusted technical partners, including John Holstein of 4Shadow Analytix, when a matter calls for specialized document and evidence analysis.

We help merchants and their professional teams understand what the record shows and prepare informed questions for counsel.

  • Understand how MCA offers, renewals, and collections work.
  • Compare the sales representations with the signed agreements and actual transactions.
  • Research business identities, documented relationships, and changes in ownership or operations.
  • Trace funding and collections, and flag unexplained transfers or balances.
  • Build sourced timelines, record indexes, and factual summaries.
  • Identify records and questions for attorney review, including issues involving repayment terms, liens, assignments, and collection filings.
  • Connect with trusted technical and financial partners when appropriate.

Our purpose is to help merchants protect themselves from predatory practices, understand the records behind a demand for payment, and work from facts instead of fear.

To discuss your matter, email Justice@mcadefensecenter.com, call 832-598-6724, or send a text. Please make initial contact before sending sensitive records.
